We at Rest Easy Eldercare are trained to provide a wide range of services to elders. Our first step is a comprehensive assessment of the client's needs.  An individualized plan of care is then produced, taking into consideration the medical,psychological, financial and the social and emotional needs of the client.   Further care by a nurse at Rest Easy Eldercare can then be determined.

Services range from setting up services in your home,researching alternative living such as assisted living facilities or nursing home settings and setting up appropriate transfers.  We are also available for ongoing monitoiring of your loved one and making appropriate adjustments to the plan of care as needed.
